- Your Shoe’s Untied (Season 2, Episode 21A): SpongeBob shrieks in surprise and quickly changes the channel from a show of a flowery sea anemone dancing to channel showing a football game when his pet, Gary, walks in.
The tweet celebrated Pride and sparked renewed speculation about SpongeBob’s sexuality, causing the hashtag #SpongeBobIsGay to start trending on social media.
The speculation may have been based on a comment from Dr. James C. Dobson, the founder of the anti-LGBTQ+ Christian group Focus on the Family. farther the yesteryear 25 years, the brag has captured the black_maria relating to millions pro its daredevil humour off-kilter characters, and temperamental storylines.
